  This establishment used to make awesome “wraps” unwish sandwiches. However, today I give up asking. The lettuce wrap is a mess, not carefully wrapped with the shredded lettuce in the middle for structure like before. As soon as you open it, it falls apart and you end up with a mess all over your hands and everywhere. Is a shame because this was one of my go to places to eat frequently. Good regular sandwiches when they want too. But wraps… don't even try. Save the aggravation.

  We have never eaten at this place before but my husband was in the area and decided to try it over our normal Jersey Mike’s. Never again. The bread looks and tastes artificial. They didn't have white American cheese or salt and pepper. What kind of sub shop doesn’t have salt and pepper? The lettuce was wilted. I took one bite and threw the entire sad sandwich in the garbage. Just awful.

  I just have to say, Jimmy John’s is lucky to have Alyssa on their team. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with genuine warmth and made me feel like more than just another customer. She had this amazing combination of professionalism and friendliness that instantly stood out. Not only did she take my order with a smile, but she went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it. You can tell she truly cares about the people she helps — and that kind of customer service is rare these days. The food was fresh and fast (as always with Jimmy John’s), but Alyssa made the whole experience ten times better. Honestly, it wasn’t just a sandwich stop — it was a reminder that a little kindness and effort can brighten someone’s entire day. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you, Alyssa, for turning a simple meal into such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be back — and I’ll be hoping you’re the one behind the counter!

  Worst Jimmy John’s ever! He put on SO many peppers I couldn’t even eat it! Don’t go to this place. They have real tools working there! Update: They did comp my last sandwich and I see they have new people working there. The sandwich was outstanding and up to Jimmy John’s standards!
