  Update- your website in your response is not accurate! My husband and I dine here about once a month and have always enjoyed it, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. We sat at the bar, which had only a few guests. We sat directly in front of a bar register. In the 10 minutes we were there, the register was used twice, yet we were never acknowledged. Two bartenders were chatting at the end of the bar while we waited. Not even a simple “We’ll be with you shortly.” The lack of acknowledgment was surprising—not only to us, but even to the couple sitting across the bar from us. After waiting 10 minutes, we left and took our business elsewhere- still with no acknowledgment. Judging by other recent reviews, this appears to be an ongoing service issue. If this is how service is when the bar is not full, I can’t imagine how it would be during a busy time.

  So much fun for adults, not just kids! $10 Wings, $5 marg, and rewards from the app add to the fun. Bartender Mischa was STELLAR - sweet, attentive, accurate. As 2 full grown adults, we love this place!

  First ima start off saying the waitress , was terrible ! When I arrived he asked me what would I like to drink I said an , which took him 40 min - to an hour . Because I had to ask a manger to bring it to me . Also I’m 8 months pregnant so I was severely thirsty. He was not tentative when it came to making sure we were okay far as in refills or need anything . We sat for a hour an 30 min waiting to be checked out because he couldn’t figured out the checks . So another party I was with ask to speak to manger which no manger never came . I had to get up to go speak with Eileen to let her know the situation at hand . Which she was able to resolve but was not apologetic about it until after she walked away and I asked the waitress was she coming back and he never responded . So I got up again to approach her and let her know I was highly dissatisfied with the service a that she did not try to accommodate us or apologize for the service . In the mist of that I asked for the general manager number so I could talk to him the morning . A security guard approached us an said we were causing a disturbance , so I asked Eileen did ask for Eric to come up there she said no . He asked her again was we causing a disturbance to see was her answer gonna change and it didn’t . In the mist of that me and Eric exchanged words because I told him I did not wanna talk to him no more after feeling like I was being discriminated . He also proceeded to walk out behind me cursing calling me out my name in front of multiple kids an adults . Which I felt antagonized by me being 8 months pregnant . I also feared for my life knowing he had a gun and could’ve did anything to harm me or my newborn . As a first time customer I am highly dissatisfied with the service I had .

  Thank you! From our local office of Rocket PC, we had our Holiday Office Party here for lunch and everything from the food, games, and services was amazing. Highly recommend! Emily R. was extremely pleasant and helpful from start to finish to ensure we had all out expectations met. All the staff is professional, and we never had any issues. Treating our team members with good games after the great food really lifted everyone moral.

  Great place for an all in one experience both for adults and children alike, parents can sit at the bar, booths or table and watch sports on the mang television sets present while the kids run around have fun and play any of the many games offered , and after all that fun the entire family can sit together enjoy something good to eat , they also offer private room for parties or corporate events, I have never had a dull moment at a D&B thus far, plus how could anyone not enjoy the friendly and helpful staff that serving you up good food and drink especially those adult drink at the bar
