Went here on a Thursday morning, maybe 5-10 people in the place. Took 17 minutes exactly for 2 bagels to come out COLD. Also forgot a bagel in the order. So we bring it back to the staff, they bring it to the back to tell us that they opened the bagels and they are hot… that’s DISGUSTING and unprofessional. In effort to deny our refund. Shame on this place especially in an area where bagel places are few and far between. Food has went down hill service is rock bottom. Do better if you’re gonna claim your “New York”. Stay away from this unprofessional trash place.

I understand everywhere the prices are going up, but the prices went up almost a Dollar all at once. Usually, when places raise prices, they do it little by little. Also, waited 20 minutes for my order while the girls in the front just gossip.

To boot, the Jersey special is supposed to be Taylor Ham egg and cheese, unfortunately the chef was not from Jersey and they gave me a pastrami egg and cheese. Disgusting. Avoid at all costs I'd rather go to dunkin' donuts.
