  This morning an employee (older brunette woman wearing a bun) said to another employee that my daughter was “standing there like an asshole”. When I called her out, she reluctantly apologized. I’m glad she apologized, but someone dealing with customers and representing a business, should’ve never said something like that in the first place.

  At best, the food is average. The service was slow and unfriendly. The space is poorly laid out with many customers (who are all waiting a long time for their orders too) having to crawl over each other to fix their coffee or receive their order.

  Felt extremely rushed, older lady in front was very rude. Not personal, she seemed as though she was annoyed with us..she was only welcoming to customers she knew..I used to love coming here, we spent over 50 dollars this morning. The lady in front had dark hair and a ponytail thin eyebrows, the other staff seemed nice. I understand we all have bad days but it is no excuse to be short rude. Ive been in the restaurant industry and we never treated customers this way.

  Staff was very friendly, however they were more focused on on door dash orders than their customers that were standing right in front of them. Major turn off and will not be returning due to the lack of prioritizing the customers that were in the bagel shop.

  No ice or diet coke in soda machine. No covers for soda cups and nobody seemed to care. Ordered egg and cheese on everything bagel and it was $7.50. Way too expensive!!!!!! Tried 1 more time to see if they could get it right. Still no diet coke or covers. Ordered 2 egg cheese bagel sandwiches. Ordered eggs over medium and they were so runny it was gross. Ordered bagels toasted and they were not. This place has really gone down hill.......YUCK
