I don't mind waiting! The employees are patient and nice and I always get my sauces!! Which is the cherry on my cake, after working a double in a restaurant my self!!

So I ordered a large curly fries , mozzarella sticks (4) and a buffalo chicken sandwich and french dip that comes with Au Jus sauce. There was no horseradish sauce and not enough meat. The sauce was just thrown in bag with the food. Arby's always puts sauce in another bag , just in case it spills. The employee was Tania, she didn't care about service or my food. She forgot my sandwich and I didn't notice until I was home. So when I returned , Tania looked at me and said what sandwich??? When I told her buffalo chicken sandwich, she proceeded to give me the one that was made 20 minutes ago. Also the manager Gigi? Was not there🤣how convenient. Hopefully you go out of business. I will not be giving you my money. Your employee who has no manners, should go to etiquette classes or finish school. The other employee who helped me was pleasant Judy? She was telling Tania not to say anything to me because she looked like, she was looking to argue with me.🤣🤣
