- SASmile Awhile5 days ago1.0I got to the drive-thru speaker was AI I told the AI my order~ very impersonal-i got to the window AI messed up my order, the guy could care less. Took a while just to come to the window just to say anything, and they had no customers. The people in the kitchen part took 15 minutes to make two chili dogs and a fry. Completely disconnected from reality young people that are not overseeing. Won't be going back it's been a while since I went there and that just sealed the deal.

My meal was cold, disgusting, and tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. The bread was stale, and the food definitely did not taste fresh at all. To make matters worse, the staff was unfriendly and did not seem to care. My order was also made incorrectly—the wrappers were not labeled, and even though I requested no tomatoes, no pickles, and no onions, the order was still wrong. It honestly felt like the food came straight out of the garbage. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Checkers, and I’m very disappointed.
