- OAOmar Amell4 days ago1.0Mi experiencia en Bravo Supermarket fue muy decepcionante. Compré carne que resultó estar en mal estado, lo cual es completamente inaceptable tratándose de un producto tan delicado. Esto no solo representa una pérdida de dinero, sino también un riesgo para la salud. Lo más frustrante fue la falta de responsabilidad por parte del personal. En lugar de escuchar al cliente y atender la queja de manera profesional, algunos representantes reaccionaron de forma grosera, incluso alzando la voz. Este tipo de trato es irrespetuoso y deja mucho que desear en cuanto a servicio al cliente. Era cliente regular, pero después de esta experiencia, no pienso volver ni gastar un solo dólar más aquí. No recomiendo este supermercado si valoran la calidad de los productos y un trato adecuado.
