  My children and I visit this establishment several times a week. The staff consistently are very polite. Regrettably, the quality of the beverages has been inconsistent this week alone. Approximately 50% of our orders were completely inaccurate, and the remaining orders were only marginally improved. Matcha lattes should be a vibrant green color, not a pale green with a weak matcha flavor with more milk flavor. Given the frequent errors, I am unlikely to return to this establishment. The concept of the establishment lacks the necessary follow-through to ensure consistent quality.

  I had such a great experience at 7 Brew thanks to Ellyn! From the moment I pulled up, her energy was amazing—super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made my day better. She took the time to recommend a drink and absolutely nailed it! Customer service like that is rare—fast, attentive, and with a smile the whole time. You can tell she really enjoys what she does, and it shows in how she treats customers. If you stop by 7 Brew, definitely hope you get Ellyn—she’s a whole vibe! 💛

  ⸻ I absolutely love coming to Seven Brew, and Kasey is a big reason why! She is always so warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Her smile is contagious, and what really stands out is that she actually remembers me every time I come through—that personal touch means everything and keeps me coming back. Great customer service like hers deserves to be recognized! The only thing I wish is that there was an option to tip individual servers, because Kasey truly goes above and beyond and deserves it.   Leah was amazing!!!! I had a great experience at 7 Brew! The energy there is completely different from your typical coffee spot—super upbeat, friendly, and fast. The staff was incredibly welcoming and actually took the time to help me pick out a drink instead of rushing me through the line. The menu has a ton of options, especially if you like customizing your drinks. I tried one of their specialty coffees, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had—smooth, flavorful, and made exactly how I wanted it. You can tell they care about quality. What really stood out to me was the vibe. Even just going through the drive-thru, the employees made the experience fun and personal. It didn’t feel like just another coffee run. Overall, 7 Brew is definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to. If you want great drinks, fast service, and genuinely friendly people, it’s worth checking out.

  I don’t usually write reviews, but I absolutely had to for Stacey because she genuinely deserves it. I come through pretty often, and I’ve only had Stacey twice—but somehow, she’s already become my favorite employee. Both times I’ve had her, she’s made such a lasting impact on me in a way that goes way beyond just getting a drink. The first time I came through, I was completely overwhelmed. My kids were crying, I was stressed, and it was just one of those moments where everything feels like too much. Stacey noticed right away and kindly asked if she could give my kids some whipped cream to help calm them down. That small gesture meant everything. She was so sweet and patient with them, and it actually helped them settle down so I could take a second to breathe and collect myself. She didn’t have to do that but she did, and it showed how much she truly cares. Then today, I came through again feeling overwhelmed, and she remembered me. That alone meant so much. She was so gentle, kind, and understanding. She creates such a safe, judgment-free space, and I felt comfortable enough to just be myself in that moment—even if that meant being emotional. I know it might sound dramatic since this is “just a coffee stand,” but Stacey is so much more than that. She’s not just an employee… she’s a caregiver, a therapist, a friend, and someone who genuinely makes people feel seen and cared for. That kind of energy is rare, and it makes a bigger difference than she probably realizes. If you ever come through, I truly recommend asking for Stacey. She’s one of a kind, and I really hope she sees this because she deserves to know how much of an impact she has on people. Thank you, girl! you are amazing.
