  I normally wouldn't do this and usually only leave positive reviews but this was one of the craziest experiences of my life at a fast food place, not that I go often. I ordered 2 doritos locos tacos and upon paying did not get a reciept (no big deal). I went to get my food from the bag and realized I did not in fact have those items( after i had already left). I went to look at my reciept and could not find it in the bag. I called and someone answered and I explained I just wanted to know if I was over charged or not. She immediately started screaming at the people working the line (very unprofessional) and lied to them and said I was yelling at her? ( I didnt even so much as raise my voice) she then proceeded to hang up on me and refused to answer the call again. I would have gone in but my child is very ill right now and I was trying to avoid leaving him in the car alone over some tacos. What should have been a quick phone call verifying if I was over charged ended up being a very unprofessional experience. I still don't know if I was over charged and would never recommend coming to this particular establishment since they will apparently hang up on you after lying about you over a simple question about what you are being charged. Would love for an actual manager to reach out over this very odd experience. Also the tacos were very much cold on top of it. 0/10 experience

  Apparently nobody can read anymore. Put two orders in the same bag. Then said I was lying when I showed them that I had the wrong order. They said I was lying, while holding the food, they said they didn't put in the bag. Logic eludes this place evidently Lol. Have fun at your own risk.

  They play in your face, so check your orders. Ordered 4 burritos, got 3 in my bag, go inside tell the girl I’m missing a burrito - she said I only got 1. Don’t quit your day job girl, let your dreams be dreams, how are you gunna say I only got 1 there’s 3 in my bag? Then charge me for a burrito missing that’s on my receipt? anyways - Bright future ahead for that one.

  drive-thru Young girl has a serious stand offish dimeanor unfriendly bad energy attitude 👎 issue Sunday 5/3 at 5pm.. and didn't give me a receipt, store # or name as well. 😡. Find a different job!!. YOU don't represent well.. Also TRY ordering on their website and I guarantee you, you CAN'T because their address doesn't even pull up in locations ??. You will get Gaitlen, ft. Pierce etc.

  Haven’t been to a Taco Bell in 10yrs and will not be returning at least not to this one. Kept seeing commercials and told my husband hey let’s go try it tonight. Maybe this location is just terrible, I don’t know but wow. The food was soggy and tasted old. My husband spilled his Dr Pepper on the floor and it laid there until we left! The people working couldn’t give a damn and were talking so loud across the restaurant it was unpleasant to be there. Oh and let’s not forget eating food behind the counter at the register.
