  I waited almost an hour tonight for what should have been a simple pickup order, and this place managed to fail at every single step possible. The app and online ordering both said the restaurant was open until 11 PM. I arrived at 10 PM and the doors were locked while employees stood inside ignoring customers trying to pick up prepaid orders. Nobody would come to the door, nobody would help, and there was no way to cancel the order in the app. So instead, I was forced to sit in a drive thru line that was literally wrapped around the building for nearly an hour just to get to the window and be told they “don’t have the order” and that I would have to place it all over again at the window. How does a restaurant completely lose a prepaid order while also refusing to let customers inside to pick it up? Fire every employee on shift tonight. This place is run unbelievably slow. 100% proof why minimum wage shouldn’t just automatically exist because nobody working here tonight should make over $5 an hour based on this performance. I’ve never even worked fast food before and I honestly believe I could run this place more efficiently by myself. Doors locked at 10 PM even though everything says open until 11. Employees standing inside refusing to hand out pickup orders. Forced to sit in a mile long drive-thru line for nearly an hour just to get to the window and be told they “don’t have the order” and we have to place it again. Management needs to look at this restaurant’s numbers for Friday, May 8th because this operation is an absolute disaster.

  Estaba esta noche 4/26/26 asiendo entregas de comida llegue a la tienda y se encontraba una larga fila de carro más de 20 carros me bajé del auto pasé por la ventana porque la tienda estaba cerrada , les dige una pequeña mentira para recoger mi orden después salieron de la tienda y me ofendieron me mandaron a largarme de hay y solo ofensas a mi persona ese lugar no lo recomiendo

  A woman named Eva Lopez assisted me very kind very fast caring, makes my visit everytime I come I will only be coming to this location the sweetest and best experiences ever thank you so much

  Home of the 45 minute drive through and the worst service in SLC. Seriously. I sat 35 minutes trapped in a drive through line just to watch the car in front of me after sitting 10 minutes at the speaker get told "you can just come inside and wait or come back another time." No sweetie, we can't. We are trapped in your drive through lane. If you are short staffed or whatever then it's time to be a big girl and close the store or put up a sign or SOMETHING. You don't just let folks rot while trapped in your drive through line then act like we are bothering you. That's not realistic or in any way professional. To the girl working the drive through speaker tonight, find another profession. To anyone looking for a cheap Mexican food fix, go anywhere else. This isn't the place. Go to the Walmart behind here, buy the ingredients, pay, drive home, make some tacos, eat your food and wash the dishes. You'll still be 15 minutes faster.

  I wish I could give 0 stars for service. The girl working the drive-thru window was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed just to take an order—literally huffing and puffing the entire time. She mentioned to a coworker she was starting work at Wawa, which might help management identify her. Either way, this kind of attitude really reflects poorly on the location. Customer service shouldn’t feel hostile.
