  Worst customer service ever! They delivered the wrong pizza, then could not connect me to a person at the local store when I called to have the right order delivered. I called 3 times and held on the phone for the last time over 30 minutes, then gave up. I will NEVER order from here again. I would leave negative 5 stars if I could.

  I was feeling hungry so I was going to McDonald's but I figured I'd eat pizza hut instead, Im honestly so happy I did. The service was AMAZING. they treated me like actual people instead of just another customer, I only had 15 dollars and they helped me get the most out of it! The workers Brantley sima were absolutely the best. Oh and the food was good. 😊

  Well, I ordered stuffed crust pizza and a few other things, but the problem was the stuffed crust. First slice had a very sour taste in just the crust, I called to let them know and at first all was good, said they would give a refund and all was great. Well I got 7 missed called from that same guy, to argue with me that the food was fresh and couldn't have been sour. He spam called me to argue. 0/10 experience and VERY creepy and unprofessional from the guy who thought spam calling someone to argue was ok. Won't be going back. Bad quality and attitude. Update:went to the store, creepy rude guy tried to play manager, then actual manager came out trying to say they were confirming the refund THAT WAS ALREADY CONFIRMED in the first call. Said no, was got argued with and kept dodge the question. Tried to say it was the call center. Creepy guy then admitted it was him spamming us. Absolutely atrocious, having to call and go to the store is terrible. 0/10 still and this was all over a complaint over sour mozzerella. Change your staff and might go back.
