  Taking them more than 45 minutes to get our food the manager was very disrespectful she had a very rude tone towards me because of the the wait my friends and i had they need workers that will show respect and curtesy towards customers!!!

  Pésima atención...mal olor...poco higiénico...la atención super mala y desagradable...te tiran la comida...hice el pedido 2 veces porque la maquina no funcionaba correctamentey mi pedido no estaba listo...y la chica en la caja registradora con mal atención hacia las respuestas que me daba...por mi 😡 no repito más es el peor McDonald's de Port Saint Lucie....

  Today I had a very unpleasant experience using the curbside service. After placing my order, I waited in my assigned parking spot for more than 25 minutes without receiving any updates. I remained in the vehicle while my husband went inside, only to find that our order had not even been prepared. What was most concerning was not just the delay, but the way he was treated by the staff, which was disrespectful and dismissive. At no point was there an apology, empathy, or any effort to properly address the situation. I believe that respecting customers’ time and providing courteous service are fundamental in any business. Unfortunately, this was not the case during our visit. I hope this situation is taken into consideration to improve the experience for future customers.

  I always go to this mc donalds, they are never respectful, the place never looks clean, and i went there tonight and i go through the drive through to order mine and my hubbys food and when i get to the window to pay i handed him a $50 , the order was $15.83, so mind you my change was $34.17 and because the dude at the window didnt have enough change he handed me less money then i was supposed to get back n when i asked him about it he said hes short n doesnt have it .. so i proceeded to sit there until my correct change was given to me, it took him n the manager nearly 10 mins to get the change n finally give me it before i was able to get to the next window. Its incredibly disappointing what people do these days.

  I want to say the associate Deborah at store 3199 SW Port St Lucie Blvd. Port St Lucie, FL 34953 was amazing! She helped me with my order and was very patient and kind. I am writing the review just for her!! The manager Nina came to the register because Deborah wanted to make sure that she was doing my order correctly because the kiosk was giving me an issue twice not allowing me to order without upcharging for a drink when the drink was supposed to be included. As the manager Nina came to the register she ended up just charging my card without telling me what my total was first before she went ahead and charged my debit card since I have it linked on the McDonald's app. The manager for the store (Nina) went ahead and just charged it without telling me the total first. Deborah was amazing though! I also want to point out Deborah was not treated fairly at all, she asked you the restroom and the manager Nina told her she could not because she had to tend to customers even though it was an emergency she still told her no! As from a customers standpoint, I felt that was extremely wrong! Other than that, I would like to give all praise to Deborah for being such a dedicated and super kind employee of McDonald's and for that reason I will be returning again!
