  This place is disgusting. My daughter insisted that I swore I'd never eat here and I swear I'm never eat at this place again or any other McDonald's. Absolutely no service. You end up ordering your own food and there's nobody at the counter to take your order. You can't find napkins or anything in the restaurant. It's dead in here. All this cost cutting and food is more expensive and worse than ever. McDonald's is the worst. Accidentally selected pay at the cashier and weighted 10 minutes and nobody was around and the food was never made. If you select pay at the cashier they won't make your food until you've paid. It's nothing like it was years ago. They need to change the name.

  I’m honestly at the point where I expect disappointment every time I go to McDonald’s. No matter what time of day I visit — morning, afternoon, or even after midnight — it’s always the same experience: long lines, slow service, and food that doesn’t feel fresh. The drive-thru is constantly packed, and it’s clear they’re understaffed. What’s frustrating is that even after waiting so long, the food still comes out cold. The fries are soggy, the chicken nuggets are soft and barely warm, and everything tastes like it’s been sitting around way too long before being handed out. By the time I get home, I have to reheat everything in my air fryer just to make it edible — which completely defeats the purpose of fast food. You go expecting something quick, hot, and convenient, but instead it turns into another chore. It’s disappointing because this used to be a reliable option. Now it feels like consistency and quality have really gone downhill. Until that changes, I’ll probably think twice before coming back.

  It's such a beautiful store and great location but TERRIBLE service. It's just SO BAD. It's ridiculous how under staffed they are. Long, slow lines. Hire more people!! This place should have impeccable, fast service! Whoever's in charge of this place, hire more people, train better, observe the flow of your restaurant, make this place awesome! Skip this McDonalds and go to the much faster and tastier Wendy's next door.

  This is the worst facility I have ever visited, I've given them three opportunities and they always blame back on me when they screw up the order. I drove the the Mc Donald's in Tradition and was truly impressed by the service and quality.

  If i could give zero stars I would. This mcdonald's take hours just to get you your food and when you need to pay at the register expect every employee to just walk past you i will not be going back here and I dont recommend that any one else goes here
