  Let me just start off by saying that every time that I have ever been to this location. They have NEVER…and when I say NEVER I mean NEVER! They have never gotten my order correct. Whether it be inside or in the drive thru. This location is always rushing to get you out of the way. I’ve had to come back countless times to remind them they missed something entirely in my order (which I PAID for by the way) and or given me an incorrect item. I’ve had to drive to work and all the way back to this McDonalds using up my entire lunch break because of their mistakes. And the staff literally ignores you. The lady who passes out food in the drive through lane is always looking up at a screen not even paying attention to where she’s passing the food not to mention she gets the orders wrong. And I normally don’t mind it because like I only spend about $10 but when I add up the amount of time/gas I have to waste coming back to get my correct order and then just to get ignored by the staff members again. It’s just insane. And I would’ve settled for an apology too. The managers are not apologetic. Once I came in and asked for a shamrock McFlurry with added fudge topping (keep in mind I paid extra for this topping) the cashier somehow thought I said shamrock shake. I told him that I ordered a Shamrock McFlurry. Without a word he snatched back the drink, came back with a Oreo McFlurry with no shamrock and no fudge topping. Put it down infront of me and walked away. I called him back again and asked him to add the shamrock and fudge topping. He walked away with an attitude and came back put it down and walked away. Didn’t even bother to give me a spoon. I had to drink my shamrock McFlurry because I know he’d be embarrassed if I had called him back a third time. Long story short. Skip this McDonalds, the one on gatlin also sucks but it sucks less than this location.

  This place use to suck really bad!!! But now I gotta give a huge shout-out to the night crew they have been super on point and definitely need some credit! Dunno how the morning crew has been cause I'm never there that early but honestly what a difference it's been lately! Bigger shout-out to the ladies they are who actually always make it happen! 😆
