  Woman at counter said no refills of sweet tea, others said they never heard that rule and she advised this franchise follows no refill of sweet tea rule because of the cost of sugar!!!🤣🤣🤣

  Unbelievable—so many people working in the back, and they still messed up a simple online order. I waited 15 minutes and had to go track it down myself.

  Mistake orders multiple times, they close way before supposed to?? They say theyre 24 hrs but they close the whole store at 10-11 pm. The waiting period is actually unbelievable too I’ve waited 30 plus minutes just for them to let me pay at the counter. Above an hour for food itself

  Never gets the order right and food is cold most of the time you go thru the drive and they send you go intoa parking and wait for them to bring it the car which makes no sense when you need to get in and out

  If I could give negative stars, I would…. I am beyond disappointed, disgusted, and quite frankly incredibly angry with the experience I had at this McDonald’s. I have gone to this location and many others before, but I have never in my life experienced anything like this. I placed my order at 12:09 p.m. for five regular cheeseburgers and a large Coke Zero. Roughly 25 minutes into my wait, an employee walked up to me and specifically said, "Oh, your order will be coming out in one second. I'll bring it over." That never happened. I waited an ENTIRE HOUR and still never received my food. When I finally went up to the counter to calmly ask where my order was, I was told, "Don't yell at me." I was speaking in a very calm voice and only asking about the food I had already paid for. To make matters worse, it was the same employee who had promised me my food 35 minutes earlier who caught an attitude with me. I ended up walking out without my meal and had to call their corporate offices to escalate the situation. This was an absolute waste of time and a total disregard for the customer. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. I attached photos of the time the order was placed and the phone call so you can clearly see the times line up with this story. Whoever is managing this store, should NOT have a job.
