This travel center has gone down hill so far you may as well be on a water slide. There were 8 people on the “preparing board” that I’m assuming was broken because there weren’t 8 people standing around. Atrocious in all levels. Avoid at all costs.
- WJwayne jamesJan 1, 20261.0This place felt like they were on a mission to deliver the absolute worst customer service experience ever. 30mins to get a sandwich and fries that was cold by the time I got it because it sat with about 5 other orders on the counter for 15mins while nobody decided to bag and hand out customer orders. 3 of the 4 staff looked like they'd rather be anywhere else but there and showed no interest in the massive lineup of customers waiting for their food. The screen that was supposed to advise where your order was in the process was not working and looked like it just needed a reboot but noone could be bothered. The manager came out one time and looked entirely disinterested and didn't even consider helping speed things along or 'managing' anything. Counter messy, packets of ketchup on the kitchen floor that staff walked by over and over again with noone thinking..."that shouldn't be there" and you can see clearly why so many people rate this place so poorly. Only stop if you have 40mins to burn and don't mind cold chewy fries.
