I guess they discontinued their sweet and sour sauce for a sweet chili sauce. I went through the drive through and ordered nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. Do you think they told me “we no longer have sweet and sour it’s been replaced with sweet chili “ ? Of course not just gave me sweet chili assuming I wanted it. Had I know I would have asked for something different like bbq. Not impressed not a good idea if they wanted to add an additional sauce to their menu ok but to completely change it and not even discuss it with your customers is not acceptable

They somehow manage to always forget something every time. This time it was my WHOLE order when i ordered for my husband and i. Literally got just the burger when i ordered a whole meal. Even the DRINK was forgotten🤦🏻🤦🏻
