    I rarely leave reviews, but honestly, it feels like customer service doesn’t exist anymore. I’ve never had an issue with Wendy’s Spicy Chicken Deluxe, until today. The chicken was unusually tough and difficult to eat. No big deal, everyone has an off day, so I went inside to let them know. Instead of apologizing, the employee opened the box, tossed the sandwich straight into the trash, and didn’t even ask what I wanted to do next. She just told the cook to make another one. Since I was on my lunch break and didn’t have time to wait for a new sandwich to cool down, I asked for a refund instead. While another customer was waiting to place his order, I even told her to go ahead and take care of him first. Her only response was, “Give me your receipt.” Although I did get my refund, the interaction really highlighted a lack of basic customer service. Working in fast food is fast-paced and demanding, but that shouldn’t come at the expense of treating customers respectfully. The manager even apologized to a drive-thru customer for their wait, but nothing was said to me for the inconvenience. Do better, Wendy’s.

    Went thru drive thru got shorted 1 chicken tenders got BBQ instead of ranch and asked for unsweetened tea and it was sweet tea. Oh brother 🤦
