I've gotten stale food from this location before but I decided to try it again. Once again I was disappointed, only this time I didn't waste my money here. I went in trying to use my coupon code that I received after taking a survey. I take the surveys they list on the receipts frequently and have never had an issue before. The girl that was working the counter had no idea what it was and went and got LOGAN. He too acted like he didn't know what it was then typed in the number and said it wasn't working. I asked are you sure you're doing it right. I've never had a problem before and I just did the survey earlier today. He could have tried calling a manager but instead didn't care. They don't teach these kids enough about customer service nor how to work the computer before they just leave them alone to run the store. Instead of waisting my money at this location AGAIN, I waisted more of my time and gas money and drove to another location and had no issue. Please properly train all these young kids you hire, who could care less, or stop asking people to take surveys when you can't fulfill your end of the deal.

I ended up taking the wrong food, and later realized my smoothie was wrong too—I ordered a Beach Bum but received a Bahama Mama. It would really help if orders were repeated back to customers or if receipts were provided so mistakes can be caught right away.

My biggest problem with my experience is that there is a boy dressed like a girl, who was dressed very inappropriately for food service establishment. Shorts way too short and a shirt with his entire belly exposed. This is disgusting and big turn off. What the heck is up with this person dressing like this and not wearing a normal uniform?!
