  Horrible customer service. FALSE ADVERTISING! Clearly says add his smoothie to any food purchase for 5.29. The word any apparently doesn’t mean what it does by definition to tropical smoothie. Snack wraps Are not included, but there is no fine print and it clearly says with any food purchase. What does “any” mean?

  We ordered on-line and checking delivery it says completed but no food at our door. We are a business and have logo on front door with name on it but delivered to wrong address.

  Today was my first day in this Tropical Smoothie!! Was very impressed!!!! The staff was very friendly and efficient!!!! I have been to plenty of Tropical Smoothies and can honestly say this was the best out of all! Very clean and wonderful atmosphere!!! The food came out fast as did the smoothie!! Which was very impressive with how busy they were!! I got the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and Peanut Butter Cup smoothie (two of my go to items)! The wrap was the best I’ve ever had! The smoothie delicious, only thing is at the end of the smoothie I had three little chunks of banana, not complaining though it made for a very nice surprise!!! All-in-all very pleased and will definitely be back for more!!!

  I come to this location all the time. I came on Friday 10/10. They took my order I asked for yogurt in my smoothie the person that took my order went to ask the person (her name is supposedly Chloe) that was making the orders and got fussed out. I came today 10/12 my smoothie was made incorrectly I didn’t even ask for them to remake it I just asked for it to be blended more, apparently the person making the smoothies didn’t like my and started fussing again guess who was making the smoothies today the same person Chloe, I requested a refund and couldn’t get it because supposedly the manager is the only one that knows how to give refund and he/she wasn’t there. I will never go to this location ever again

  Honestly if you don’t see the manager/owner yelling at their employees it’s cool, when in inside most customers are chilling but if you ever look up when it gets busy or even a new person.. oh your in for a show(just look at the employees faces) very strict, im gonna say this most people dont mind waiting on their food but people won’t stick around seeing people get disrespected while their food is being made, really good food and atmosphere but seem like terrible leadership, recommend get food but don’t stay inside while busy. Traditions and US1 best bet for chilling/eating inside.
