- SASherry AndersonJan 4, 20262.0I visit this location often and the employees are usually friendly. Today I met a different employee. A short, caucasian woman who took our order with an attitude. I thought to respond back aggressively but just decided to immerse her in kindness. She said she behaved that way because she is sick and her Manager made her come in. I showed her sympathy but her attitude did Not change towards me. So I asked for a refund thinking I would go to another location. She said she was not allowed to give refunds. She said the company stopped it per a new policy. Another employee stepped in and said he just got off the phone with their Manager and got my refund approved. I thanked him for his proactiveness. That young lady should not be employed in a customer-facing position. Smoothies are great of course. It would’ve been better if I had not encountered her and had to get my money back. 😔
