I got charged for extra dates and after being charged was told they ran out. I understand running out things happen but when I asked if they could refund me for the extra charge they said no. For something I got charged for and didn’t get. Very disappointed

I thought to respond back aggressively but just decided to immerse her in kindness. She said she behaved that way because she is sick and her Manager made her come in. I showed her sympathy but her attitude did Not change towards me. So I asked for a refund thinking I would go to another location. She said she was not allowed to give refunds. She said the company stopped it per a new policy. Another employee stepped in and said he just got off the phone with their Manager and got my refund approved. I thanked him for his proactiveness. That young lady should not be employed in a customer-facing position. Smoothies are great of course. It would’ve been better if I had not encountered her and had to get my money back. 😔
