I reordered thinking it was a mistake, but the second order had the exact same problems. Both orders had way less meat than what Taco Bell serves in person, and the food clearly wasn’t prepared or handled correctly. This isn’t what anyone expects when paying full price for fast food. This was not a delivery issue—Uber Eats did their job. The problem was Taco Bell’s food preparation and quality control. Charging full price for underfilled, poorly prepared food is misleading and unacceptable. Two bad orders back-to-back shows a clear lack of care. This was an Uber Eats order, so buyers beware. It honestly feels like an “online order, who cares” attitude, and that’s not okay
