  Had a team member named Eva Lopez who took my order and I must say I felt so welcomed by her energy ! Very joyful her energy was very welcoming, not like in other places where people are so serious and don’t know how to greet customers . Eva Lopez her personality was a 5⭐️

  Eva Lopez was the most friendliest accommodating Taco Bell worker I’ve ever encountered in my life she was super patient, super friendly and made sure that we got our food in a timely manner and everything was nice and fresh. Because of her, I will never go through another taco Bell again. There’s nobody that can ever come close to her exceptional customer service and positive attitude.

  Shoutout to Will and Tristin at Taco Bell absolute legends. From the moment I walked in, the energy was on point. Super friendly, fast, and actually cared about getting the order right (which sadly isn’t always the case these days). Will held it down with great customer service and a positive attitude, and Tristin made sure everything came out fresh and exactly how it should be. Food was hot wellmade, and the whole experience was smooth start to finish. This is how fast food should be done. Huge respect to both of them they definitely made the visit worth it. I’ll be back 💯🌮🔥

  I placed two separate orders within 30 minutes because the first one wasn’t made properly—the food was barely filled, with what looked like a sample-size amount of meat, and it arrived cool. I reordered thinking it was a mistake, but the second order had the exact same problems. Both orders had way less meat than what Taco Bell serves in person, and the food clearly wasn’t prepared or handled correctly. This isn’t what anyone expects when paying full price for fast food. This was not a delivery issue—Uber Eats did their job. The problem was Taco Bell’s food preparation and quality control. Charging full price for underfilled, poorly prepared food is misleading and unacceptable. Two bad orders back-to-back shows a clear lack of care. This was an Uber Eats order, so buyers beware. It honestly feels like an “online order, who cares” attitude, and that’s not okay
