  i called to place in order and the person that was at the counter said come inside and i said i want to place over the phone and he said we don’t do delivery then he said i don’t care come inside but overall the food was not the god

  I placed an order through their app and picked it up in the lobby. I WAITED FOR AN ENTIRE HOUR FOR THEM TO MAKE MY ORDER! The lobby was full of people waiting to pick up Door Dash orders and everyone waited as long as I did. None of the employees moved with any urgency or acknowledged they were disastrously behind. There was a half-asleep girl who took longer than the combined runtime of the extended director’s cut version of the Lord of the Rings trilogy to put ground meat in a shell and for some reason they have her making everyone in Saint Lucie County’s order. A guy I assume was the manager stood in the back fiddling around with sauces but again, took his sweet time. Their expeditor just stumbled around between the drive through and lobby and shouted customer’s names for orders when one came out every quarter-century or so. I barely got a “Sorry for the wait” when they handed me my order. I will never visit this location again or let anyone I like go there. Pause taking online orders for a bit if you’re that behind. I would’ve preferred the app tell me they’re closed until they catch up. Build another location in the area or something. Clearly they get enough traffic for it.

  This place, the epitome of lazy. Drive-through line stretching down the street to the point where it’s making traffic and causing dangerous situations. I figured, it’s only 1040 and the lobby has got to be open to avoid that Accident waiting to happen. I walk up, and doors are locked. What’s really messed up about it, though, is That there were about eight employees on staff from what I could visually see and six of them were just sitting there hanging out, playing around, doing nothing Well too, we’re at the drive-through window, scrambling back-and-forth. One of the girls that was playing around Grandstaff me and gave me a “ Go around the drive-through” Hand motion and went straight back to laughing and giggling with her other friends. I mean, I understand that it’s just fast food, but you should at least have some standards. This was just downright pathetic.
