My children are allergic to pepperoni, so this was a serious issue. I tried calling the store and was placed on hold for almost two hours with no answer. When I contacted customer service, they told me the only option was to offer a coupon and that I would have to pay again to have the correct order delivered. She also stated that with the complaint, someone would get back to me within 1 to 2 days. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Poor customer service and no accountability. Worst experience ever.

There wasn’t enough sauce on the pizza, the crust was large, dry, cold, and unappealing. The cheese sticks barely had melty cheese on it and then someone dumped an entire container of grated cheese. Seriously if I could give zero stars, I would. I will never order from here again.

It was a line of people and of course she never asked who was waiting first (which was me). I waited with my children while two other people who came behind me were serviced. I did mention that I was first and she proceeded to tell me she was by herself and had an attitude. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.
