  Well, I ordered stuffed crust pizza and a few other things, but the problem was the stuffed crust. First slice had a very sour taste in just the crust, I called to let them know and at first all was good, said they would give a refund and all was great. Well I got 7 missed called from that same guy, to argue with me that the food was fresh and couldn't have been sour. He spam called me to argue. 0/10 experience and VERY creepy and unprofessional from the guy who thought spam calling someone to argue was ok. Won't be going back. Bad quality and attitude. Update:went to the store, creepy rude guy tried to play manager, then actual manager came out trying to say they were confirming the refund THAT WAS ALREADY CONFIRMED in the first call. Said no, was got argued with and kept dodge the question. Tried to say it was the call center. Creepy guy then admitted it was him spamming us. Absolutely atrocious, having to call and go to the store is terrible. 0/10 still and this was all over a complaint over sour mozzerella. Change your staff and might go back.

  I ordered two pizzas for delivery — one cheese and one pepperoni — but received two pepperoni pizzas instead. My children are allergic to pepperoni, so this was a serious issue. I tried calling the store and was placed on hold for almost two hours with no answer. When I contacted customer service, they told me the only option was to offer a coupon and that I would have to pay again to have the correct order delivered. She also stated that with the complaint, someone would get back to me within 1 to 2 days. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Poor customer service and no accountability. Worst experience ever.

  Unfortunately before I ordered they failed to disclose the delivery was through a 3-rd party. The food was cold and tasteless. There wasn’t enough sauce on the pizza, the crust was large, dry, cold, and unappealing. The cheese sticks barely had melty cheese on it and then someone dumped an entire container of grated cheese. Seriously if I could give zero stars, I would. I will never order from here again.

  Best personal pan pizza I ever tried. Everything was perfect and crunchy at the bottom.
