Waited over 10 mins to get food, short 1 burger, sat to eat while waiting for them to bring burger and it was not plain as requested and had another burger with it that was a special burger. All food was cold. Drink machines were closed so they were making drinks and were not filled all the way. We wanted refills but the wait was too long. Ketchup machine was broken, had to get packets, ice was broken. People were walking out because they were not getting service. One of the worst McDonalds experiences we have had.
