  had the BEST experience at Dunkin’ Donuts thanks to Serenity and Johanna! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with such warm, genuine smiles that instantly lifted my mood. Their energy was so positive and welcoming — you can truly tell they care about the customers. Serenity was so kind and attentive, making sure my order was perfect, and Johanna had the sweetest personality that made the whole interaction feel personal and special. They were both patient, professional, and just overall amazing. It’s rare to come across customer service that makes you leave smiling, but they absolutely did that for me. Dunkin’ is lucky to have them! If you get the chance to be served by Serenity and Johanna, just know you’re in great hands. They definitely made my day brighter! 😊

  Always a great experience here. Greeted immediately, very friendly! Top notch and the drinks are always delish!

  I will NEVER by a wake up wrap from this location again. Third time I got them for my kids on the way to school and they were burnt. How can someone burn something and still give it to a customer at a drive thru no less. REALLY??? Drive Thru - REALLY??? No place to order except at the window which is ridiculous.

  I sat at the window was looked at three times never acknowledge nor was my order taken. Fire the entire crew!!!! Including what ever manager is on duty now!!!!!!!
