Get home our everything bagels both missing the vegetable cream cheese!!! Nothing was said to us that they were out of it!!! Called the store asked for a Manger, girl said the Manager was off today! Explained to the girl what happened to our order and she told us next time we go in the store, they'll give us the cream cheese that they forgot!!! OK, free cream cheese with my next visit... LOL!!! To put on what??? My egg and cheese croissant!!! Drove 10 minutes back to the store, now there's a Manager working!!! Showed the Manager our receipt and guess what, now they are out of everything bagels and never had vegetables cream cheese to begin with!!! They forgot to mention it to us when we went the first time to pick up our order, how convenient!!! So now I get 2 plane bagels and plane cream cheese on both! I should've ask for a refund instead!!! Oh yeah, thanks so much for the two free stale donuts for our troubles! Living here 23 years this was always my go to DDs, now I'll go to Dixie Creams for now on!!! Their new strawberry protein drink taste like Strawberry Quick!!! Garbage, all around very disappointed!!! Won't be back!!!

Confirmed they had the mittens … drove tot he store they confirmed again they had them I had purchased two drinks down the road at Dunkin since i waited 15 minutes in line .. get to this dunkin they confirm again they have them yet refused to give me one unless i make ANOTHER purchase after i already spent money on drinks and half dozen donuts. My three year old cried because she couldn’t get one because they were forcing me to purchase ANOTHER drink. I will be calling corporate.
