I understand having rushes, I've worked in food service, but the workers never have any haste when their lobby is full. Multiple times I've ordered nearly 15-20 minutes in advanced and arrived to a missing order (and on the occasion, missing pieces OF my order). I ordered one SINGLE donut today, and I still had to wait around AND ask for service after arrival. I order in advance because 99% of the time, I have places to be. Advertising that ordering online is better.. should mean.. that it's better.. When I do end up getting my stuff on time, the food and drinks are pretty good! I just wish there was more.. motivation, I guess? It seems like nobody wants to get anything done :p
