Had to ask one of the people to make our order so we could leave and pay. Coffee and donuts were great when we finally got them but we were late for our appointment

Line is persistently 10 to 15 people long waiting to order, two people waiting for their coffee and a very relaxed couple of clerks with a “whatever” attitude. Not the way I would run a business. And a bed consumer experience!!

When I got my iced coffee, it’s completely white and doesn’t even look like there’s any coffee in it. With how dirty that place is I immediately threw it away.
