When I go later in the afternoon they always give me what tastes like ice coffee. I should know by now to try the drink before I leave. Please teach everyone how to makes the drinks. Waste of money.

The hot chocolate was not warm enough and it had clumps. Look at the photo. Gross. My iced coffee had sugar sitting at the bottom of the cup because they didn't bother mixing it. And my half caf coffee was labeled as a full caffeinated drink. And the drive through took nearly ten minutes and I was just the third car when I pulled up.

Don't know the reason for it, but it's bad! At $4.00 for a cup of coffee every cup should be a premium cup of coffee. I'm editing a review from a few weeks ago, and it's still down right horrible sometimes. I'm seriously considering somewhere else!
