They closed the oven early cuz They didn't want to serve food to anyone they just wanted to hand out donuts they were very lazy so please fire them both ans find better employees. Id gladly replace them I need a job. I'll leave the oven open until four p m, like it's supposed to.

He was always friendly, professional, and made every visit pleasant. I was very disappointed to learn that Matthew no longer works here and that he was let go, despite the fact that he did nothing wrong. Losing someone like him is a real shame. Because of this experience, I don’t feel motivated to return. Customer service like Matthew’s is rare, and it made all the difference.

I asked you guys do know I’m here right? He said yeah and also we’re busy. I could tell by the two other cats in the drive thru they were slammed. Management does keep them understaffed regularly though. I said ok, because nobody said anything. He said yeah we’re busy and you can also go to any one of the other Dunkin‘ Donuts in the area. So I said yeah I should do that and left. I need to start going to Starbucks again. It was 2:00 Friday the 19’th. Hire some people, schedule them. Just my opinion
