- JDJohn DonasNov 23, 20251.0Employees are really slow and forgetful at times. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order in my recent visit, even showing my receipt to prove I ordered it. Most of my visits are also met with disappointment with low or no stock on specific items, and this location must also have a very high turnover rate with how many different employees I encountered each visit to this location. I am almost certainly looking for a different Dunkin location in the area as I write this.
- KFKatie FNov 16, 20251.0Placed a mobile order for 3 drinks, 4 sandwiches, & some munchkins. They're was 1 car in line when we got to the drive through. The girl tells me they didn't have any more croissants for the sandwiches, so I told her bagels were fine. Why downs the app tell me they are out of croissants? She goes to make them after giving me 2 of my drinks. After much waiting a different girl finally comes over to give me 2 of the sandwiches only to tell me they have no more bacon jam for the other 2 sandwiches. Fine, give me 2 without then. Why doesn't the app tell me they have no more jam? (Yes, I know, the app doesn't know these things.) I tell the lady I'm still waiting on 1 drink & munchkins. She sees the drink sitting on the side where it's been the entire time & gives it to me. It's warm, not hot. One of my earlier drinks which is frozen, is sitting in the car melting. She's handing me the munchkins & asks if I ordered assorted, I said yes except none with sprinkles, she checks the boxes in front of me & says okay. I get the munchkins & the other 2 sandwiches & leave after waiting over 20 mins. I get home only to find they have given me 3 with sausage & 1 with bacon. Instead of 2 of each. And surprise, their are munchkins with sprinkles in both boxes. These people don't care what you ordered.
