I love that they offer car side delivery instead of making us come in. Honestly, it’s often why I choose to have Dominos items. You allow us to enter preferences like which side of the car you want delivery to. Your app is superior and convenient and these services are helpful for customers that, for whatever reason, can’t easily walk inside to pick up. The only thing that can mess up your system is an employee that doesn’t care and ignores an issue being addressed. Tonight, the big fella that walked a few orders out to cars around 9pm to 9:05pm or so was bad. He didn’t read the instructions (which I put there for a reason) nor was he apologetic regarding the deficiencies. He simply decided to ignore me and walk away. Hence my crappy review tonight of a place I usually love. I’ve never complained here before as I recall. I just hope the management identifies the fella in question and counsels him on how to properly treat a customer
