Tonight was the last straw. I arrived two hours before closing — plenty of time for normal service — yet the attitude from staff was incredibly rude as soon as we walked in. One employee was cursing loudly, ignored us while stocking the fridge right in front of us for about five minutes, and displayed behavior that was absolutely unacceptable for anyone handling food. On top of that, the food was once again flavorless and thrown together with no care. This is exactly why AI is replacing people — because there are workers out there with terrible attitudes who don’t take pride in their job, don’t value customers, and ultimately don’t deserve the positions they have. I’m not writing this to get anything free — I don’t want compensation. I’m writing this because this location has consistently gone downhill, and it’s embarrassing for a national brand. Corporate needs to be aware and make serious changes so customers in this city can have a Chipotle experience that reflects the company’s standards. We have great businesses and hardworking people in this area — this store needs to reflect that. Right now, it absolutely does not.
