Tried it again today and told them I only wanted one scoop of rice. She wasn’t paying attention and looking at somebody to her left, and still did 2 scoops. I had to say “ONLY ONE SCOOP” 2 more times before she finally paid attention. She scooped a few grains off, quite literally threw the beans on top and tossed it down the line before I could ask for more beans since I don’t get any meat. The next guy paid attention a little more but ended up writing on my tortilla (picture attached). I would give 0 stars if I could. 10/10 would NOT recommend going to this location for food that tastes like air with salty honey vinegarette

A line out the door with one person on the line and several employees carelessly walking around chatting/ joking around. Cold food, small portions and zero urgency. My last time here, I promise.

Brown rice came out still no white rice which is what we wanted, however we took the brown rice which was hard (not cooked, raw)

I approached and waited and waited and waited to be acknowledged. We'll, that never happened. I interrupted, stated i was there for an order. The employees stepped aside, never said a word, no offer to help or anything. I approached the counter and got a willing employees. You can do better.

Today I ordered 3 soft tacos and they put the bare minimum in the tacos… you could literally take everything out and make one taco… the portions are getting worse ever time I come here… in order to get the right amount you need to ask for “ extra” to get what’s suppose to be in there meal in the first place… then I ordered queso and after I paid they stated they were out of queso… I’d have to wait for it to come out… this place is going down hill
