Both times, at least a month apart they short changed him. 2$ one time a 5$ on another case. The second one when I confronted, was a manager and said I was right and returned the money.

That alone is frustrating, but what made the situation worse was the way it was handled. I called the restaurant and spoke to Valentino, who was very unprofessional on the phone. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to help resolve the issue, he dismissed the situation and never properly addressed the fact that they handed my order to the wrong driver. There was no apology, no effort to fix the mistake, and no concern for the inconvenience caused. When customers place delivery orders, we trust the restaurant to verify the driver and ensure the correct order is handed off. That basic step was clearly not followed here. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their order verification process and customer service training.
