  Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese Everything bagel with extra bacon. because they were out of croissants. Ordered another sausage, egg and cheese on sourdough. They were out of plain and sesame seed bagels. When we got the order, the order was completely wrong. Both sandwiches were sourdough. When we went in to get the order corrected, we noticed there were large flies all over the location, sitting on food, contact surfaces, and on food containers. The order was even confirmed with the drive-through attendant before pulling around, but was not entered properly into the system. They entered both of them as sourdough very shocked at the quality of service received at this location.

  Management needs to improve. Too slow. 2pm on a Sunday and I sat in drive through for 22 minutes without getting chance to place order. I drove off.. unacceptable.

  Thank you Brody 😊 and to the other beautiful lady that made my day. A small act of kindness in your eyes, but a huge sentiment to me. Having a rough day and couldn't decide on a drink lol. You guys came through for me and now I have a favorite drink that I will always order.

  V day decorations were the best part of the experience. I feel bad for the staff that works there. You can tell the atmosphere was heavy because everyone was tip toeing around the manager there. Watching ome of the guys scratch his head over and over and handle everyone's drink was disgusting. It is understandable there will be a wait when it is packed full of people. But not staff member acknowledged the elephant in the room. There was no greeting or goodbye, there was no sorry for the wait or your order is coming shortly, literally just nothing. A simple greeting or a smile or a comment about it being busy and we are working on it goes a long way. By far the worst experience I had at a Dunkin.
