    We arrived at the store at 7:52pm and they did not allow us in when the closing time says 8pm. I understand it’s near closing time but there was no reason to not allow us in.

    I am a daily Dunkin customer I ordered an iced matcha latte, what I got was a blended pale green drink. Requested for a remake. Employee had an attitude problem. Waited five minutes only for the same drink to come out with a little ice in it. So sad that people do not take pride or care. I will not be going back.
