  This is the worse chipotle I’ve ever been to. They just hire anybody. The manager there Micheal TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you don’t like your job why work there? He was mad the whole time serving my bowl and got upset because I said he didn’t fill up my guac cup. He proceeded to say something under his breath. If I’m paying almost $3 for guac I don’t expect you to half ass my cup. His attitude was terrible. Will never be returning again I’m also calling cooperate and complaining on him. He was just terrible he left a nasty taste in my mouth. The other managers didn’t want to tell me his name but it was on the receipt. He was ridiculous

  I can't rate the food because im still waiting. I went in and the line was at the door. I ordered on line and it said it would be ready in 10 mins. I went to panda to get my food. 20 minutes later, no line but my food still not ready. A lot of people waiting for online orders. Now I know why it was 6 months since the last time I was here. Ultimately they asked me to go back and stand in line. This place is getting as bad as wing stop.

  this is the worst chipotle in saint lucie county. the staff are always rude acting like the customers are a bother to them, they skimp on the portions, they’re always out of at least one ingredient, and then on top of all that you’re lucky if they get your order right on mobile orders. the managers need to be replaced with people who are competent.

  I am a loyal customer, and my family and I visit this location or place mobile orders at least three times per week. I consistently select the highest tip option on the app, and I do not typically leave poor reviews. However, this experience was very disappointing. This was the third time I received an incomplete pickup order and the second time my guacamole was missing, even though I had a valid free guacamole reward in my account. I made three attempts to contact the store, but was unable to reach anyone due to a full voicemail box and repeated disconnections. When I was finally able to speak with the manager, Valentino, the interaction was not solution focused and felt unnecessarily argumentative. I was simply seeking assistance, as returning to the location was not possible. (To make matters worse, there was a bone in my chicken). This location would benefit from improvements in order accuracy, customer service, and accessibility.
