From the moment you walk in, there’s little to no acknowledgment from the staff, which immediately sets a poor tone. As a paying customer, it feels incredibly off-putting to not even be greeted or recognized—especially when you’re planning to spend your hard-earned money. Basic courtesy, like a simple “hello” or eye contact, goes a long way, and it’s completely lacking here. The overall experience feels dismissive and unwelcoming, which makes it hard to justify coming back. Customer service should be a priority, not an afterthought.

The playground is such a childhood defining gift, more than I could ever explain publicly. All of the staff are amazing. The atmosphere is cozy with a big wood bar table. My husband and I have never had a single mistake in order. I am a pescatarian and they have options even for me. Chick fil A, you are making a generational impact you don’t even know the half of yet. Sincere thanks.

This is one of the most careless chick Fil A’s I’ve ever been to. My wife ordered the new jalapeño ranch sandwich wrapped in lettuce. It came with just chicken and lettuce: no cheese, no jalapeños, no bacon. I’ve had some similar experiences at this location, but I always chalked it up to them being busy and mistakes can happen. But this consistently, you’ve got a serious problem that’s going unchecked. It was a mobile order and I tried to report it in the app and that didn’t seem to work properly either.

So annoyed I use points a lot because I go to chick fil a often and I feel like they don’t take pride in free food orders. My recent order was missing a free reward and my free large fries wasn’t even filled. I don’t normally leave reviews like this but I expect better from this establishment, it’s giving McDonald’s vibes.
