  Went through the drive through, got a couple burritos & a luxe box. It took almost 20 minutes to make. The food was cold and the cinnamon twists didn’t even have cinnamon sugar on them. Service was horrible

  The team there works quickly and efficiently to get orders out, and the customer service I received from the lady there working both the drive thru and the counter is very professional and helpful if issues arise like my online order cancellation for no reason, she immediately was able to assist and resolve the issue. She carries herself as if she was the manager there🌟

  So I literally just got home to eat my drive thru order, my burrito was cold, my famous bowl, which I ordered with no corn cause I'm allergic and prefer not to die, had corn in it, but the best part is the lid wasn't on all the way so the portion that spilled out went through the bag and got everywhere. I did try to call but sadly no one could answer their phone. So simple and yet no care
