  I ordered online and did carry out. While getting here early the waiting area was very full the young lady at the counter was handling a lot. She did a great job kept a smile on her safe and was very professional. I don't know her name but she had beautiful red hair.

  I get that they were busy tonight, but I waited in the lobby with some other people that said they were there for 10 minutes with nobody coming to the front. One employee looked at us but said nothing and didn't ask anyone to help. Eventually someone came up front, but I've worked in restaurants and to keep your customers waiting for 10 minutes with no interaction is not okay. A simple "Hi, I'll be there as soon as I can" takes 5 seconds. And again, I've worked in restaurants and some nights you are understaffed and slammed, and that sucks, but you can't just ignore people like that. To add to this, one of my pizzas was hard as rock and half assed topped. They also forgot my breadsticks, which I didn't realize until I was almost home, and at that point I didn't want to go back and get ignored in the lobby some more so I just said forget it. Usually service here is pretty good but one bad night can really turn customers off to the place.

  I think it is robbery when you order the dinner box that includes 2 medium pizza with 1 topping on each, wings or pasta, and bread sticks. But as your one topping you only want extra cheese but they still want to charge you $2 for each pizza they add the extra cheese too. They won't even give you a discount for not getting any topping. Plus on top of that it is $2 extra for getting the pasta and $2 more for getting either cheese sticks or cinnamon sticks. When it all adds up now the order is not $26.99 it is $34.99. Plus what ever it is they charge for the delivery fee then on top of that you have to give a tip. Don't get me wrong, their food is good, but they should give a discount or not charge the extra $2.
