  When I pulled up to the drive-through, none of the screens were on and was met with a terrible attitude from the person taking the orders she claimed she couldn’t see the mobile orders and made me tell her what I had ordered…. I understand this McDonald’s but very disappointed

  I alwaa awww ya order online I was there yesterday and I got about halfway through my burger and it Rare, I’ve never experienced this. I’ve always enjoyed the food at this McDonald’s but yesterday there was way too much mustard and ketchup on it and it was rare and I cannot eat my burgers rare. I ended up throwing away the half of it. I don’t like to complain, so I didn’t say anything I just left

  Worst McDonald's in port richy. Went in to order the kiosk was down to one only the men's bathroom was overflowing and drtty. Once we ordered all the tables had trash and the floors had fries I had to tell the lady behind the counter to please clean a table. She came out and just cleaned the one we had and went back in. All the rest of the people getting ready to eat there left. I think you should have a talk with your staff by the way there was about 5 people there just talking and not doing there jobs! Will never go back!!!

  The customer service at this establishment is subpar; every employee exhibits an unprofessional demeanor, particularly the female night manager who wears glasses and doesn't wear a name tag, demonstrating poor customer interaction skills. I've had consistently negative experiences at this location and won't be returning. After years of patronizing out of convenience, I'm willing to go out of my way to avoid it. Drive thru menu screens are always broken

  Most disgusting raw meat and incredibly disappointing service I’ve ever experienced at any McDonald’s to date, in any state, anywhere, guaranteed!! Good luck ordering because the menu board’s been burnt out for over two years on both drive-through’s. This place is a joke and should be shut down. Beware, beware beware!!!
