    The food is always so good and consistent! We order from here at least once a week! The staff is also amazing and delivered our food for us when we accidentally put pickup. Excellent customer service!

    Update: One star because they took the time to respond to my review asking me to reach out again and I still haven't received a response over a week later. Truly the worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant. There's plenty of other places to get sushi. I reached out via email after a truly negative experience and never received a response. Here is the email I initially sent: "Hello. My name is Nick. I frequent your Port Richey location. The food and the service is always phenomenal (Especially from Autumn). I never have an issue and I always tip generously. However, I’m writing today to inform you of a very negative experience from my visit last night (Wednesday 3/25). I brought a friend in to eat, and from the beginning, our server Rose had an atrocious and snarky attitude. I continued to be polite. Thanking Rose when she took our order, dropped off our drinks, and dropped off our appetizer. Her attitude only seemed to get worse and she couldn’t seem to leave our table fast enough. I understand that people have bad days, truly. I’ve worked every position there is in a restaurant including leadership. Sometimes it’s just not your day. What I find unacceptable is when she brought out entrée’s to the table. My friend has special dietary restrictions. These aren’t preferences, it is a diet prescribed by her physician for gastrointestinal and esophageal issues. This has never been an issue in the past, and as I’ve said the rest of your staff never been anything short of phenomenal, understanding, and accommodating. When Rose delivered her food, it was incorrect. It’s not a big deal, and my friend even offered to pick the inedible parts of the meal out. The issue was the seeds on the rice, which couldn’t be picked out. Rose became defensive and chose to argue with her continuing to say “well. This is how it always comes” in her established rude and dismissive tone. At this point I stepped in and tried to and deescalate the situation. I pointed out the dietary restrictions and pointed out to both my friend and Rose that it was probably just a misunderstanding because “we usually have Autumn” and she “knows our order”. My goal wasn’t to call anyone out, but just settle the situation and get our food so we can eat. I asked for her food to be remade. This upset Rose who continued her attitude and took the food back to the kitchen. While we couldn’t make out what she was saying, we heard her yelling from our seat. I like to think of myself as a reasonable and patient person, but after the combined total of the events, I was flustered. I asked her to cancel the remake and just bring me the check. I left my meal uneaten and ended up paying ~$40 for ginger salad, some dumplings, and a coke. I didn’t want to make a scene, which is why in the moment I decided to pay for the entire meal. However after calming down, I feel as if I paid to “keep the peace” in a situation where we were made to feel small and inconvenient simply for wanting to have a meal at one of our favorite restaurants. I’m not sure if there is anything you can do to remedy the situation. I would be more than satisfied with a refund or even a gift card, if only for the cost of the uneaten entree’s."

    Unfortunately my review isn’t about the service or food. I have always enjoyed both. I have been a long time customer and this Xmas my friend got me an egift card off THEIR SITE. It gave them a basic email saying how much the egift was for, and who purchased it. I bring in right after Xmas to use dining in. After dinner I’m told nope. Can’t use their gift cards in any form in the dining room (then why sell them). It can only be used on pickup or delivery off their site. Well ordered pickup Saturday. couldn’t find where to use it. Called the restaurant they said it needs to be a card. But it’s a printable e gift certificate sooooo? Bring the paper to the restaurant and no one there knew what to do. Called the owner. He’s too busy to address it. Says take their name and number and will call them. Well he didn’t call. It’s a shame to lose a customer over a minimal gift certificate compared to what I normally spend there and what I have spent there in all the years I’ve gone.
