    Man I get it’s McDonald’s but when I say hello at the drive thru window and get ignored that’s just a whole different level of disrespect. All that the worked said in the drive thru was “here you go”. If you don’t have customer service please do not work in a customer service job. Thank you.

    This is the closest location to us, and honestly if you live around here, just take the time to go to the McDonald's down the road near Ridge. This location used to be good, but we noticed when a manager we would always see left, apparently that meant that the workers here could just be bad at their job. The food we get is always cold, old, and nasty, and this time we didn't even get a McChicken that we ordered. And it's not like I can make an actual complaint about missing food, because they don't give out receipts! Really disappointed at how bad this place got. Oh, and that's not even mentioning the broken drive thru screens that haven't worked in years at this point.
