  Fries were okay but heavy and greasy, fully cooked but did not taste like they were from McDonalds. The location is difficult to find at night as there are no outside lighting or lit signage.

  Poor customer service that doesn’t know how to communicate with their customers… or at all. Waited around for counter worker to take my order - they had to be reminded people were waiting out there. My parents were ordering behind me separately (only coffees), I also only got one drink. Worker didn’t say anything at all while ordering - no hi how can I help you, didn’t tell me my ice coffee price after I said that was everything, they just looked at me? - and while passing me my drink they didn’t say a word - even tho I said thank you and was polite. They immediately went to go to the back again without looking at my parents waiting at the counter yet (only the three of us were in the dining….) My dad actually had to stop them to say they were ready to order - but they were told to wait while they went to do a mobile order while we kept waiting. Maybe 2 min later they were able to order but again the person didn’t speak with them - no hello welcome thanks for waiting. The person didn’t tell them the total cost of their order either! (my parents can’t really see well anymore but they were forced to check the cost themselves on the lower screen as the worker was mute), the worker offered no words at all when they were handed their coffees. Not even a have a nice day…. My first time coming to this location and will be the last for us. If that’s how they always speak with their customers, they should probably stay in the back… We were there roughly around 6:20pm this evening. Also: neither of us were offered our receipts.

  I’m pretty sure it’s a manger but I’ve been coming to this location for a few nights around this time after I get off of work from a fast food job myself and she’s always rude every time I come there even at the speaker I feel like I’m being rushed and I’m the only in line an attitude like she don’t like her job not to mention something is always wrong in my order when she’s there and I also never get a receipt to be able to get my wrong items replaced

  The store manager here is useless. She is rude not only to customers but her employees as well. She is unprofessional with her chats to her employees through text. She makes the employees work when they can barely stand and should be at home resting. She threatens to fire them to make them come in. There have been several time that the service was bad and food made improperly. Which I assume is because of overworked and mistreated employees. I myself will not go there unless a select few are working to make sure my meals are made correctly.

  Frappe was delicious even though the guy almost forgot to give me the drink. Was forced to wait til the guy came back for him to remember to give me my drink. The steak egg and cheese was okay. Very small and seems to be overcooked. Then had a couple trying to come in for breakfast and you could tell they were annoyed as they called and the workers wouldnt answer the phone as they were calling in hope if getting. Not all that satisfied. The other location off Chicago is better except the frappe machine was down and the online ordering app doesn't work between 4 and 5a. Says the Chicago location is closed... Food was meh, frappe delicious once I got it, atmosphere feels totally unwelcoming and the workers rather not take orders and service was mediocre. Smh..
