First time I’ve been treated like that and according to that staff member my name has been written down and I’m not allowed to be served any more. Mmm ok we are done then never again ! I wouldn’t recommend this dunkin at all!! So disappointed. If you lobby is suppose to be open at 5 am it should either be open for have a sign or have a person answer the door to explain why ! I do believe there is rule about that. Called for a manager told the manager was not there. So I will just never go back .
