Honestly this is disappointing and disrespectful . I trusted you, this is basically robbery. Get better seriously. Someone obviously doesn’t like their job. Maybe take a little more pride within yourself and produce a better product. A real shame, lastly save your apologies . Apologies doesn’t put the steak on my burrito tonight. Thanks for ruining dinner. That is all.
