  On a pickup order, I had to wait 5 minutes at the pickup window just for someone to give me my bag which was ready 3 minutes before I got there. Therefore when I got back to my hotel, 5 minutes later, my fries were cold and soggy. I did everything efficiently on my end. Other people in the store saw me waiting and ignored me. I guess the pickup window dude must have been on a smoke break. Lesson learned for me is don’t order on line. I saw three other customers go thru the drive thru while I was waiting to merely be handed my bag. I haven’t eaten at Checkers in over a year because there aren’t any in Roanoke, Va. I’ll pass on going back for a while. Very disappointed. I used to really like Checkers in Mobile, AL. Here in New Port Richey, FL it sucks.

  They’re not mistake free but when they have made mistakes they’ve done what they needed to do to correct it. Good management, employees are all sympathetic to the customers wants. Can’t complain

  Saw the grill person drop a towel on the floor, they picked it up wiped to the counters with it, I mentioned it to the manager. She did absolutely nothing about it. I will never be back here to eat

  The Manager on duty named ramon is awesome amazing fantastic he deserves 20 dollars an hour he such a great experience awesome Manager I will only go to the checkers only for him he deserves it. Funniest guy ever... 🥰😇😊
