Let’s forget about a side of ranch wanting to charge ok no cash well they will charge an extra service fee of another 50 cents. So $1 for a tiny cup of ranch after spending $27.80? After all my years of supporting them I rather give to a mom & pop place at least you’ll get a straw. I guess times are bad financially for Charley’s ?!?!

I paid over 13 dollars abd didnt even get my cup for my drink I paid for. It wasnt busy. I was the only one there. The owner dropped my sandwich on the table and basically ran cause he knew I deserved what I paid for! They skimp on everything. Even has a sign on the counter..must spend 5 dollars to use a card! The dollar to what you get dont add up here. Go to other Charleys!!!
