I hadn’t been to a Carrabba's in 20 years but a friend had a gift card so we decided to give it a try. From the moment we walked in the door. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was so clean. Our drinks literally never made it to empty before there was a refill on the table. Our server Sarah was fantastic!! I have multiple odd food allergies that make me embarrassed to ask about sometimes but she made the questions feel normal! And my wine came with an adorable tiny charcuterie board on top! The food came so fast and was exactly as we ordered, including the accommodations for my allergies! Will certainly be in again!

From the moment you walk in, we feel appreciated, respected and welcomed. We absolutely love our two favorite waitresses....Nicole and Sarah. They are the both amazing and we like them both equally. I put their names in alphabetical order. Everyone else is great, too, but we definitely have our favorites. Both ladies are kind, professional, friendly and a delight to speak to. Keep up the good work ladies!

I noticed we had a new server there and he was lacking skills in all areas. I told him it was my birthday hint hint. I didn’t expect a song and dance at my age, but with the rewards membership, you’re supposed to get tiramisu on your birthday or a free appetizer which I didn’t receive. What a birthday blowout disappointment! I even told him at the beginning of the dinner that it was my birthday he could care less. Then, at the end of our dinner, he did not even ask us if we would like a dessert LMAO!!!!!” please, someone tell the manager that the young man with the dark brown hair needs to take some acting classes and in the future, I hope the manager hires people with a little bit of charm and charisma. I don’t know why my uncle left a generous tip? I’ll give him a free tip. Pretend you like your job and lose the attitude, you’re the server, not the guest.
