  They must’ve had 1 employee on duty on 4/24/26 at 12pm… it was totally uncalled for to have someone wait 40 mins. I was on lunch break it was 2 cars ahead of me.. I waited 40minsssss I had to get out my car and move those huge orange cones out the way in order to leave and get back to work. Left with no food this is the worst iveeeee ever experienced at any fast food restaurant!!!

  Came at the time they say they’re open. Doors are unlocked and open sign is on. I walk in and she says they’re not open yet. She had an attitude with me as well. Can we get some workers who actually want to do their job? I work in fast food and as soon as we open our restaurant, guest are able to order. This is bad customer service.

  In case you can't make it to your favorite Philly spot, this place will do fine. Their lemonade is really good too.

  Asked for two chicken Californias… no idea what these were, but instead of ranch it was mayo, and there were added mushrooms, which I’m allergic to. We have called 3 times requesting to speak to a manager and each time they tell us there is no manager on duty and we will get a phone call back… Have heard nothing. It’s great paying over $40 for things that are made improperly and we can’t eat…. I’ll be telling everyone how horrible this location is. This customer service is awful. The food was horrible; We’ve given hours and 3 phones calls worth of time to correct the mistake… and nothing.
