  One star on the atmosphere cuz I did the drive-thru service is a little bit on the slow side but it was worth the wait and the staff were courteous and polite

  Food is usually good here. Have had some incorrect orders and there is always a wait to get your food.

  They never have chicken ready during the lunch hour and there's always at least a 5 - 10 minute wait. I understand they're making it fresh, but why not just have it fresh instead? This never fails, and prevents me from taking lunch on time or meeting with my Son during his school for lunch. I suppose timing is everything, but this seems to be an ongoing issue that really slows people down during the time of day when they can't afford to be slowed down.

  My favorite Arby's to go to. Smiling faces and hot food you can't beat that now-a-days.

  Ordered 2 sandwiches a chicken parm and a double beef and cheddar. Waited 5 min after being told to pull forward. When sandwiches were delivered they looked like they had been thrown together as fast and sloppy as humanly possible. More sauce and cheese on the outside than in They really need to hire new and better employees
