So we went there literally about 20 mins ago ordered our food and the manager rudely jad us pull up to wait by the door. We waiting for about 10 mins waiting on supposedly fries to come up.... explain to me why our fries were cold as hell and my husband had to fetch our food from the lobby. Poor customer service. By the i used to work at wendys and know that the fries take only 3 mins to cook. So explain to me why we had to wait almost 10 mins

Literally just went through the drive through and my husband asked if we could get a biggie bag with no sandwhich and 2 of the 4 piece nuggets instead ( our son will not eat a cheeseburger), and this women proceeds to ask " what kind of cheeseburger do you want in your bag" , my husband proceeds to ask" no instead of a burger can I do double nuggets ?" , that's when this women proceeds to scream " NOOOOOOO" as loud and as rude as she could through the speaker. My husband then proceeded to get into a verbal argument with the women at the second window who wanted to defend her employee being rude and screaming at customers.
We had no problem if we couldn't get double nuggets, we just didn't know that was not an option until this women SCREAMED at us with my 4, 5, and 11 year old in the car.
This Wendy's has always had rude employees and this really just takes the cake.
I would call and speak to a manager but I fully believe again nothing would get done.
DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS. They DO NOT deserve your money.

I’m sorry I work in the food industry and this specific Wendy’s is terrible. Workers are ungodly rude and lazy. No work ethic or time management. Worst experience of my life and this is my 4th time giving this specific Wendy’s A TRY. I should’ve spent $4 more dollars and rent to Waffle House. Shout out to them! The food was cold and sloppily packed. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. SAVE YOUR MONEY OR GO TO ANOTHER ONE please take my word. I experienced several cars pull off and not ordered because they’re greeted with rudeness or no one‘s responding.

Sunday night after church. Needed a quick meal on the way home. Poor girl at the register was working counter and drive thru, begging g others in back to help. Other employees just standing around. One employee on break or off clock in the dining room clowning like a 12 year old with two friends. Assuming high school age. That should be kept outside Or in a break room away from customers. Feel bad for the two actual employees busting hurt to help out. Very slow and annoying experience, but food was good when all done.

Stars - Unprofessional and Disrespectful
The service at this Port Orange Wendy’s is bottom-of-the-barrel. After being told "I don’t need your drama today" and getting hung up on in the drive-thru, I went inside to speak to a manager.
The staff there is completely out of control:
Disrespectful Language: One employee told me to move out of the way so he could "take care of the old lady" behind me. Using that kind of language for a customer is incredibly rude.
Privacy Violation: Another guy behind the counter was filming me on his phone while I was trying to resolve the issue with the manager.
Bad Policy: This franchise forces you to buy something else just to use your Frosty key tags, unlike the corporate stores.
I’ve already contacted corporate. This location needs a serious staff overhaul. Avoid.
