I told the young boy working there, and he said he got it from the back and that I had to wait for it to defrost. I shouldn’t have to pay for food that isn’t ready to eat. I was also told that this is how their acai bowls are made, but that’s not true because I bought an acai bowl one a week ago and it wasn’t frozen at all. I don’t like how they handled the situation and they shouldn’t have made it if it was frozen and not edible.
